We counsel individuals and families in planning estates to meet the individualized goals and objectives that are unique to each family we engage with.  We are sensitive to family dynamics and we design plans to mitigate tax exposure and provide asset protection as wealth is transferred to future generations. 

Singleton LLC advises personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts. We provide all necessary services from the probate of wills to the distribution of property to beneficiaries.  When requested by our clients we also serve as personal representatives of their estates and trustees of their trusts.  In doing so we supervise the management and investment of assets and work with beneficiaries to meet their current and future needs. 

Singleton LLC helps privately owned companies, tax exempt entities, and high net worth individuals resolve complex and contentious tax matters.  We advise and represent taxpayers before federal and New Jersey state and local taxing authorities.
