Biographical Information:

Peter Ulicny’s practice focuses on estate planning and drafting, estate and trust administration and related tax matters.  Peter is an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University Law School where he teaches Estate Planning and Drafting.  Peter manages a private family foundation and actively assists with the management of several nonprofit organizations as trustee and legal counsel.  Peter is an avid conservationist and fly fisher and is a past President of Black River Fish & Game Club, Inc.  Prior to joining Singleton LLC, Peter was a partner for many years at Bourne Noll & Kenyon in Summit where he served as chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
