Brian J. DeBoer, Esq.

Brian DeBoer is a partner with the law firm of Singleton LLC, and was formerly a partner in the tax department at Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo, LLC.  

Brian’s practice is centered around complex tax and structural planning for high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, with a goal of minimizing exposure to income and estate taxes.  

As corporate counsel, Brian advises clients in connection with private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic and private equity transactions and matters of corporate structuring and governance.  Brian serves as corporate counsel to a range of industries, including e-commerce, financial services, medical, manufacturing and energy.  

As counsel to business owners, executives and high net worth individuals, Brian works with his clients to develop and implement a comprehensive estate plan, with a focus on asset protection.  This includes counseling clients with respect to business succession planning, wealth transfer, and the use of sophisticated foreign and domestic trust planning techniques.

Brian provides complete representation in connection with matters of trust and estate administration and litigation, as well as corporate and tax disputes.
