Rishi Sane, Esq. is an Associate with Singleton, LLC.  Rishi’s practice focuses on corporate governance, tax, and estate planning, with an emphasis on helping clients structure, protect, and transfer wealth through comprehensive and forward‑looking planning strategies.

Rishi advises individuals and closely held businesses on matters involving corporate structuring, governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional risk mitigation. His approach is shaped in part by his legal experience supporting two high‑growth technology companies, one in its pre‑IPO stage and another shortly after its initial public offering. This background enables him to offer clients practical, business‑aligned insight into the operational realities faced by scaling organizations.

Prior to joining Singleton, LLC, Rishi served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Adam Kenny, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. During his clerkship, he gained extensive experience in litigation, motion practice, and courtroom procedure, drafting legal opinions, managing dockets, and facilitating mediation and settlement conferences. 

As part of his estate planning practice, Rishi works with business owners, executives, and high‑net‑worth individuals to establish tax‑efficient estate plans focused on asset protection, business succession, and long‑term wealth transfer. His work includes advising on trust structures, estate tax considerations, and strategies designed to safeguard multigenerational wealth.

Rishi earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also completed the Data Privacy and Security Compliance Program, further strengthening his ability to counsel clients navigating regulatory and data‑driven environments.
