Singleton LLC assists clients with their divorce and family law matters.  This includes all issues within the divorce, as well as post-divorce representation when needed. We assist our clients with pre- and post-divorce issues related to custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, college contribution and equitable distribution of the assets and debts. 

We also assist clients who are facing other family law matters such as custody, child support and college contribution where parties are unmarried, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and family law appeals. 

We strive to help our clients achieve a resolution that is settlement-oriented to assist them in reaching their goals. At the same time, in the event litigation is necessary, we zealously represent our clients’ positions in court.
