Ling W. Lau, Esq.

Ling W. Lau, Esq. is a partner with the law firm of Singleton LLC.  Ling has practiced law in different capacities for almost 20 years.  Prior to joining the firm, Ling was the inside General Counsel of a digital pharmacy start-up where he worked closely with the founders to successfully build, launch and expand a hyper-growth digital pharmacy business.  As General Counsel, Ling handled all legal and compliance aspects of this pharmacy business and guided it from its initial capital raise to its recent $100M Series B funding round.  

Ling has joined the firm to return to private practice bringing along all of the knowledge and know-how learned from his prior start-up/entrepreneur experience to help other start-ups and business owners.  

Ling was also the former law partner of Stern & Kilcullen, a boutique law firm in Florham Park NJ, where he started his career as a tax attorney and a corporate transaction lawyer.
