Brian is the Managing Partner of Singleton LLC. Brian’s practice is primarily focused on negotiating and litigating disputes related to commercial matters. Brian’s practice encompasses the following practice areas and services:

• Negotiating and litigating significant commercial disputes to include shareholder/partner disputes, business divorce, fraud, breach of contract, employment, and securities matters. 
• Litigating trust and estate matters. 
• Litigating general matters to include personal injury and civil rights suits. 
• Providing strategic advice, guidance and representation of taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service and New Jersey Division of Revenue. 
• Structuring and negotiating corporate transactions (third party acquisitions and internal buy-outs) to include pre and post-closing tax structuring. 
• Complex tax, estate, and corporate structuring for ultra-high net worth families.
